8 week book study course exploring the practices of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), using: Mindfulness: A practical guide to finding peace in a frantic world by J. Mark G. Williams and Dr. Danny Penman. (The book includes a CD of meditations). Our course also introduces ancient forms of Christian meditation which sit alongside mindfulness practices.
